Our Story

Allegheny Custom Homes is a third generation construction company that has grown and evolved continuously for nearly 60 years with knowledge being passed from grandfather to son to grandson. It started out a one man operation doing various remodeling and handyman type tasks, expanding into a small scale remodeling company doing roofing, siding, additions, garages, kitchens, baths, etc., eventually adding custom homes to the mix and finally developing into the company we have today known as Allegheny Custom Homes. Being involved in smaller more hands operations early on allowed all of us to develop skills and knowledge in literally every aspect and trade of the residential building industry including excavation, framing, roofing, siding, drywall, insulation, electrical, plumbing, hvac, trim, cabinetry, etc. These skills we feel are vital to someone in a management or supervisory role in a larger scale homebuilding company when you are required to oversee a multitude of employees and specialty tradesmen and have to know that what they are doing is correct and be able to spot irregularities and mistakes. Having the hands on experience in all of those different fields gives us the experience to properly oversee others and be able to offer our own insights and expertise. This is where we feel Allegheny Custom Homes excels above the competition and can provide better service.

Our Management Team

Scott Rafalski . President/CEO

Scott is the owner and founder of Allegheny Custom Homes and has over 38 years of experience in the home building and remodeling industry and more than 15 years experience in CAD and design. Scott oversees all operations and his main focus is on new home sales, design, and business development.

Kyle Rafalski . Vice President

Kyle is the Director of Client Relations and has over 15 years of experience in the home building and remodeling industry. Kyle is responsible for overall customer relations and satisfaction, design modifications and fulfillment, phase scheduling, and material procurement.

Jordan is the Director Of Field Operations and has over 15 years of experience in the home building and remodeling industry. Jordan is responsible for overseeing all of our construction crews and tradesmen, excavating and site development, and scheduling.
